Our Story
The foundations of Astera Energy & Construction were laid in 1999 with independent architectural practice, evolving into a corporate structure in 2005. Today we are a group company delivering projects of various scales in Türkiye and Libya, creating value in engineering, contracting and consultancy.
Astera Energy is an engineering and contracting structure that focuses exclusively on the energy sector. It integrates every stage of transmission line and substation projects—from design to energising—aiming to deliver projects seamlessly and offer solutions that minimise costs for the client.
Astera Construction provides general contracting, turnkey construction, project management and construction consultancy services for public institutions, private investors and international partners. It holds a strong track record with 1,560,200 m² of project experience, 1,130,240 m² of construction consultancy and a USD 4.45 billion investment advisory portfolio.
